When I opened my eyes again, I realised that not only had we made the corner, but we'd done so without the slightest drama. Chris Street, proprietor of CS Autoclassics, was still chatting away, one hand on the steering wheel, the other gesticulating as it had been when we approached the bend with the speedometer needle nearing the end of its sweep. Unlike some telescopic damper and disc brake conversions for the Minor, the Series IV system is a carefully thought out and integrated package which brings the car's handling up to modern day standards. I'VE tried a couple of other telescopic damper conversions on my own Minor over the years but wasn't particularly impressed with either. Chris explained this was probably due to the dampers not being mounted in the ideal position to work in harmony with the suspension. - Merlin - Specifications
